DMS SERVICE CONTRACTS
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our Preventative Maintenance Contract focuses on routine upkeep to prevent equipment failure before it happens. It includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, and performance checks to keep everything running efficiently and extend equipment life. Contract term is one (1) year and includes inspection reports & deficiencies logs after each service.
COMPLETE CONTRACT
DMS provides complete contracts that incorporate all trade services in one. All-inclusive options cover maintenance, repairs, parts, and labor. One contractor only a phone call away creates an effortless environment for you and your facility. For buildings without onsite engineers or floating facility staff prefer complete service contracts. It gives you full peace of mind with predictable costs and priority service—no surprise invoices or downtime headaches.
INSPECTION CONTRACT
With our Inspection Contract, we regularly assess your systems and provide detailed reports on their condition. It’s a great fit if you want expert eyes on your equipment without committing to full maintenance coverage. DMS can provide an inspection only contract to help reduce the cost of a complete service contract. Our team of experienced technicians can identify small issues before they become a large issue, saving you significant money and downtime.
CUSTOM CONTRACT
All systems and equipment require specific service. Custom contracts can be tailored to meet critical or specific systems. We will work with you to create a custom fit for your building system. All contracts are available for customization.
LABOR CONTRACT
Our Labor Contract covers all labor-related services for your equipment, including routine maintenance and repairs. It’s ideal if you already have parts covered but need skilled technicians on call when needed.
